A must-visit when in Hanoi, an area widely-regarded as a typical spot in Hanoi where locals, expats and tourists are gathering. In the daytime the area is great for shopping and when the evening falls you will see hundreds of people sitting on colourful plastic stools on the streets with a pint of bia hoi (beer) in their hand.
